Bourbon Whisky Glaze

PREPARATION

Combine all ingredients.

COOKING METHOD

In a small saucepan simmer the ingredients for 20 minutes.

Allow to cool and place in an airtight container, and store until needed in the refrigerator for a maximum of 3 days.

This glaze is great used on meats such as beef, pork and chicken and provides an excellent flavour idea for BBQ foods!

(It is also interesting to note that if the glaze is made a day or so in advance of use it will have more time to infuse together, providing a better flavour!)

Ingredients

1 x Pureety Hickory Barbeque Sachet
30ml x Bourbon whisky
1 x Clove garlic
30ml x Water
Salt and pepper (To taste)
