Firstly peel and wash the prawns and dry on a piece of kitchen paper.
Next slice the green pepper into strips, discarding the seeds.
To cook the dish heat a wok over a high heat and add the oil. (Take care here as the oil will become extremely hot and may cause burns!)
Next add the king prawns to the wok and stir-fry for 1 minute.
Then add the green pepper, sliced shallot and garlic clove and continue to stir-fry for another 2-3 minutes.
Meanwhile place a frying pan over a medium heat and add the vegetable oil.
Add finally add the contents of the Pureety Smoked Chilli and Blossom Honey sachet to the wok and lower the heat down to a gentle simmer.
Then proceed to add the 2 slices of white bread to the hot oil in the frying pan and fry the bread for 2 minutes on each side.
To serve the dish place a piece of fried bread on a plate each and spoon 5 prawns on each, and top generously with the sauce from the wok and you will have a simple alternative to the Chinese snack prawn toast!
