Barbeque Chicken Kebabs with a Chard Salad

Ingredients
2 x Chicken breasts
1 x Pureety Hickory Barbeque Sachet
20ml x Balsamic vinegar
½ x Red onion (Thinly sliced)
½ x Carrot (Thinly sliced into matchstick sized pieces)
½ x Chard bunch (Washed and drained)
2 x Wooden skewers
Preparation
To prepare the dish firstly pre-heat a grill to its highest setting.
Next dice the chicken breasts, combine in a bowl with the Pureety Hickory Barbeque sachet, cover with clingfilm and place in a fridge for 2-3 hours.
Once the chicken has marinated place onto each of the 2 wooden skewers and then place onto a metal grill tray.
Cooking Method
To cook this dish place the chicken kebabs under the grill for 6-8 minutes turning every 1-2 minutes.
Meanwhile place the chard leaves, carrot, red onion and balsamic vinegar into a bowl and mix well and place a large handful in the centre of each serving plate.
Once the kebabs are cooked place on top of the salad and spoon any remaining sauce over the top and serve straight away.
