Deli-Style Bagel with a Chilli and Honey Mayonnaise

Ingredients
4 x Plain bagels
1 x Pureety Smoked Chilli and Blossom Honey Sachet
4 x Pastrami slices
4 x Smoked ham slices
4 x Salami slices
8 x Chorizo sausage slices
60gm x Mayonnaise
4 cups x Lambs leaf lettuce (Washed)
Preparation
Pre-heat a grill to the highest heat setting.
In a bowl combine the mayonnaise with the Pureety Smoked Chilli and Blossom Honey sachet.
Slice each bagel in half and place on a large tray.
Toast the bagels under the pre-heated grill, and place each bottom half on individual serving plates.
Spread a generous amount of the chilli and honey mayonnaise on each bagel bottom, and add a slice of pastrami, ham, salami and chorizo to each bagel.
Place a handful of the washed lambs leaf on each bagel, and top each with the remaining other bagel half.
Serve immediately, whilst the bagels are still slightly warm, and possibly with a side salad and crisps to garnish.
