French Stick Barbeque Chicken Melt

Ingredients
1 x Pureety Hickory Barbeque Sauce sachet
2 x French stick baguettes
1 x Chicken breast (Cooked)
100gm x Cheddar cheese (Grated)
1tbsp x Oregano
Preparation
Begin by preheating an oven to 180C.
To prepare the melt the French stick baguettes should be sliced in half and placed onto an oven proof tray.
The contents of the Pureety Hickory Barbeque Sauce sachet should then be evenly spread over the baguette bases.
The cooked chicken should then be sliced and evenly placed over the 2 baguettes and then topped with the grated cheddar cheese.
The melts should then be sprinkled with the dried oregano to taste.
Cooking Method
To cook the melts they should be simply placed into the oven for 5-6 minutes or until the cheese has melted.
The melts should then be placed onto a suitable plate for 2 people to share.
This is a quick and easy snack that is great served with soft drinks or beer and is ideal for make for sharing when in a hurry.
