Honey and Chilli King Prawns on Jasmine Rice

Ingredients
10 x King prawns
2 x Pureety Smoked Chilli and Blossom Honey sachet
1 x Green pepper (Thinly sliced)
1 x Red onion (Thinly sliced)
1 x Carrot (Sliced into matchstick sized pieces)
1tbsp x Vegetable oil
600gm x Jasmine rice (Washed)
75ml x Water
Preparation
To prepare the dish wash and peel the king prawns and then place a large pan of water on a high heat and bring to the boil.
Cooking Method
To cook the dish, firstly place the jasmine rice into the boiling water. Return the pan to the boil and then reduce the heat down to a simmer.
Whilst the rice is cooking, place a wok over a high heat and add the vegetable oil.
Once the oil is smoking, add the sliced vegetables and the prawns and stir-fry for 4 minutes.
After the 4 minutes are up add the contents of the Pureety Smoked Chilli and Blossom Honey sachet and the water to the wok and lower the heat and simmer for a further 3 -4 minutes.
When the rice is cooked it should be drained and a good then spoon a generous amount into the centre of 2 pasta bowls.
Then add the king prawn and vegetable mixture equally to the centre of each plate.
Serve immediately.
