Honey Chilli Chicken Stir-Fry
Serves
4
Ingredients
1kg x Chicken breasts (Sliced)
1 x Smoked Red Chilli and Blossom Honey sachet
125gm x Vermicelli
2tbsp x Peanut oil
2 x White onions (Finely sliced)
500gms x Broccoli
50gm x Chives (Finely sliced)
Vegetable oil (For deep frying)
Preparation
Heat the oil in a deep pan on a medum heat, until 180 C is reached. Then lower to a low heat so the temperature is maintained. (Be careful as the liquid is VERY hot, and extra care should be taken performing this step of the recipe!)
Next deep fry the noodles in the oil until white and puffed up, and drain on kitchen paper.
Remove the oil from the heat and leave to cool before disposing of.
Cooking Method
To cook the stir-fry, in a wok over a high heat add peanut oil, the chicken and onion.
Once the chicken is browned, add the broccoli and cook for a further 2 minutes.
Then add the Pureety Smoked Red Chilli and Blossom Honey sachet, and cook for another 2 minutes.
To serve remove the wok from the heat, and spoon the stir-fryed chicken and vegetables over the deep fryed noodles in a suitable bowl, and garnish by sprinkling some of the chopped chives over the top of the dish.
