Oriental Pork Burrito

Ingredients
2 x Pork loin steaks (6oz each)
1 x Pureety Soy Ginger and Garlic Sachet
1 x Red pepper (Sliced)
1 x Courgette (Sliced into matchstick sized pieces)
1 x Carrot (Sliced into matchstick sized pieces)
75gm x Beansprouts
2 x Tortilla wraps
1tbsp x Sesame oil
1bunch x Spring onions (Finely sliced)
1 x Garlic clove (Mashed)
Preparation
To prepare the dish firstly slice the pork loin steaks and set aside.
Then heat a wok over a high heat and add the sesame oil.
Cooking Method
To cook the dish, place the pork, red pepper, courgette, beansprouts, carrots and garlic into the wok and stir-fry for 7-8 minutes. (Take great care here as the oil will be hot and may cause burns!)
Meanwhile in a small saucepan empty the contents of the Pureety Soy Ginger and Garlic sachet and the sliced spring onions and heat gently over a medium heat for 2-3 minutes.
When the pork is cooked remove from the heat and split the mixture in half and place in the centre of both of the tortilla wraps.
Then roll the wraps into a cylindrical shape and place each wrap in the centre of 2 serving plates.
To finish the dish spoon the soy, ginger and garlic sauce over the tops of both of the wraps.
This dish is excellent served with sautéed pak choi or rice.
