Peri Peri Mayonnaise

Ingredients
1 x Pureety Peri-Peri Sachet
6 x Eggs (Yolks only)
6tbsp x Dijon mustard
10tbsp x White wine vinegar
2pints x Vegetable oil
1/4tsp x Salt
Pinch x White pepper
1tbsp x Warm water
Preparation
Place all ingredients apart from the water and the vegetable oil into a food processor.
Blend all ingredients until they turn into a pale coloured liquid.
Then very slowly start to pour in the vegetable oil (a thin trickle) whilst still blending.
When the liquid has totally consumed the vegetable oil, pour the warm water in to thin the mixture out to produce a mayonnaise like consistency.
The mayonnaise can then be used as a excellent accompaniment to many dishes such as chicken kebabs and potato salad etc.
