Smoked Chilli and Lamb Kebabs with Greek Yoghurt

Ingredients
250gm x Lamb (Diced)
1 x Pureety Smoked Chilli and Blossom Honey Sachet
1 x Red Onion (Sliced into wedges)
1 x Red Pepper (Slice into large dice)
4 x Skewers
150ml x Greek Yoghurt
Preparation
Pre-heat a grill onto it's highest setting.
Place the diced lamb in a bowl and cover with the Pureety Smoked Chilli and Blossom Honey sachet. Cover the bowl and place in the fridge for 10 minutes.
When the meat has been marinating for 10 minutes remove the bowl from the fridge and start to place the lamb onto the 4 skewers alternating it evenly with the red onions and red peppers.
Cooking Method
To cook the dish simply place the kebabs under the grill for 5-7 minutes, turning every 2 minutes and place onto 4 serving plates and serve with equal amounts of greek yoghurt on the side.
This dish would be excellently accompanied by a crisp rocket salad on the side.
