Soy, Ginger & Garlic Marinated Pork with Sticky Vegetables

Ingredients
1 x Sachet of of Pureety Gourmet Flavours Soy, Ginger & Garlic Marinade
450grm Pork (loin or Fillet) cut into Finger size Strips.
1 x red onion sliced
1 x red pepper sliced 2 x carrots fine strips
4 x tablespoons sweet red chilli dipping sauce.
1 x tablespoon of seasame oil
1 x tablespoon cooking oil
salt & Pepper to taste
Preparation
Mix the contents of the sachet with the pork and leave to marinate for 20 minutes or up to 24 hours in the fridge.
In a bowl mix the red onion, red pepper and carrot and place to one side.
Preheat non stick wok or large frying pan on hob and cook the marinated pork with some cooking oil for 5-6 minutes on a medium heat and leave to one side to rest.
return the pan to the heat , add sesame oil and stir fry the vegetable mix for 3 minutes add the sweet chilli dipping sauce to the pan and cook for a further 2 minutes.
serve streight away with either boiled rice or noodles

I tried this first too and it was delicious, since then I have varied slightly and used chicken with cashew nuts, rice noodles (in veg section at tesco) with stir fry veg, I have to point out that very quick to make too, awesome
