Spiced Potato Wedges with a Peri Peri Dip

Ingredients
4 x Baking potatoes
1 x Pureety Peri Peri sachet
75ml x Mayonnaise
1tbsp x Vegetable oil
1tbsp x Paprika
1tsp x Chilli powder
½ tsp x Lemon zest
1tsp x Cumin powder
Sea salt and black pepper (To taste)
Preparation
To prepare the dish preheat an oven to 180C.
Then place the potatoes in a pan of water and par boil until just undercooked.
Meanwhile pound the paprika, chilli powder, lemon zest and cumin together in a pestle and mortar and set aside.
In a small bowl combine the contents of the Pureety Peri peri sachet with the mayonnaise and set aside.
Cooking Method
To cook the dish slice the potatoes into wedges and place into a metal tray and liberally scatter the spice mixture over so all of the potatoes are covered.
Place the tray in the oven for 20-30 minutes or until crisp and a good colour is reached.
To serve the dish place the wedges into a large bowl and serve with the peri peri dipping sauce to share between 2 people.
A simple but tasty snack dish!
