Sticky BBQ Ribs →

PREPARATION

Pre-heat the oven to 180 C
Place the pork ribs on a baking tray and roast for 30 minutes until throughly cooked through.
Whilst the ribs are roasting, heat the olive oil in a pan and proceed to fry the diced onion, garlic and chilli.
Next add the Pureety Hickory Barbeque and simmer gently for 5 minutes.
Remove from the heat and leave to cool.

COOKING METHOD

When the ribs are roasted remove from the oven and liberally brush the barbeque sauce mixture all over the ribs, and either grill or barbeque to caramelise the exterior.
Serve immediately, with either a crisp salad.

2 x Onions (Peeled and diced)
4 x Garlic cloves (Peeled and chopped)
2 x Red chillies (Peeled and finely chopped)
