Tofu Rice Noodles with Almonds and Sesame Seeds

Ingredients
100gm x Tofu (Diced)
1 x Pureety Soy Ginger and Garlic sachet
1tbsp x Sesame seeds
1tbsp x Almonds (Roasted and sliced)
2 portions x Rice noodles
1 x Carrot (Sliced into matchsticks)
1 x Red onion (Thinly sliced)
50gm x Mange tout (Thinly sliced)
1 clove x Garlic (Thinly sliced)
1tbsp x Sesame oil
Salt and pepper (To taste)
Preparation
To prepare the dish begin by boiling the noodles in a pan of boiling water.
Drain the noodles and set aside.
Next heat a wok over a high heat until it is smoking.
Cooking Method
To cook the dish pour the sesame oil into the wok and immediately add the sliced carrot, mange tout and red onion. (Take great care now as the wok will be very hot and the oil may cause burns if it touches the skin!)
Next add the tofu and then the garlic and then the contents of the Pureety Soy Ginger and Garlic sachet.
Stir-fry for 3 minutes and then add the almonds and the sesame seeds.
Then add the still warm noodles and stir-fry for a further 2-3 minutes.
Split the mixture between 2 bowls and serve immediately.
